Barrar Health and Safety Fair Slated for Saturday, March 19

Rep. Stephen E. Barrar (R-Chester/Delaware), in conjunction with the Upper Chichester Township Commissioners, will host his Sixth Annual Health and Safety Fair, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, March 19, at the Upper Chichester Municipal Building.

“This is a wonderful community event, during which people can learn about the health and safety services we have available right in our own area,” said Barrar.  “I am especially excited this year about the activities we are offering for our younger participants.  We will have fun activities like face painting and a moon bounce, and we will offer a free child identification service for parents to have their children photographed and fingerprinted.”

Other highlights of this event include information from dozens of state and local organizations, water ice and free refreshments.

The free event, featuring numerous co-sponsors, is open to the public and there is no charge for the activities or services.
