House Veterans Affairs and Emergency Preparedness and Judiciary Committees to Study Veterans’ Courts

WHAT:  Members of the House Veterans Affairs and Emergency Preparedness and Judiciary committees will hold a joint hearing to study the need to develop veterans’ courts in Pennsylvania.

WHO:  Rep. Stephen E. Barrar (R-Chester/Delaware), chairman of the House Veterans Affairs and Emergency Preparedness Committee; Rep. Ron Marsico (R-Dauphin), chairman of the House Judiciary Committee; members of the committees; Justice Seamus McCaffery; veterans advocacy groups; law enforcement officials; and members of the legal community.

WHEN:  Wednesday, Sept. 7, 9:30 a.m.
