Barrar to Lead House Veterans Affairs and Emergency Preparedness Committee’s Consideration of Several Bills
WHAT: Rep. Stephen E. Barrar (R-Chester/Delaware), majority chairman of the House Veterans Affairs and Emergency Preparedness Committee, will lead a committee meeting to consider the following legislative proposals: 

        • House Resolution 542, which is a resolution in support of the effort to construct 
          an underground learning facility at the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington, 
        • House Bill 2168, which would increase the state active duty pay of Pennsylvania 
          National Guardsmen. 
        • House Bill 2199, which would prohibit drivers from disobeying traffic-control 
          devices used to close potentially hazardous roadways.
