Barrar to Lead Committee in Consideration of Several Bills

WHAT: Rep. Steve Barrar (R-Chester/Delaware), majority chairman of the House Veterans Affairs and Emergency Preparedness Committee, will lead the committee in its consideration of several bills including:

House Bill 602, which increases the minimum state active duty pay provision for Pennsylvania National Guardsmen.
House Bill 175, which extends the application period for the 1990-91 Persian Gulf War Bonus Program for three years.
House Bill 824, which protects the confidential information of public safety officials.
House Bill 138, which allows first responders to solicit donations at controlled intersections on public roadways.
