Lawmakers to Join Acme Officials at Opening of Wine Sales in Delaware County Store
Lawmakers backed privatization legislation to enhance consumer convenience and private sector sales of wine

WHAT: Rep. Stephen Barrar (R-Delaware/Chester) and Sen. Tom Killion (R-Delaware/Chester) will join Acme President Dan Croce and local elected officials for the grand opening celebration of wine sales at Acme’s Concordville Town Centre store. Permits have been approved so far for more than 200 Pennsylvania grocery stores and other private entities to sell wine as part of privatization measures outlined in Act 39 of 2016.
