Barrar, House Committee to Vote on Measure to Honor Lost Service Members

WHAT: Rep. Steve Barrar (R-Chester/Delaware), chairman of the House Veterans Affairs and Emergency Preparedness Committee, will hold a committee meeting to vote on four pieces of legislation:

House Resolution 604 would urge the president and Congress to preserve underwater graves of service members who died defending our nation.
House Bill 1470 would amend the County Code by enhancing the provisions for flags on veterans’ graves.
House Bill 1471 would amend the Second Class County Code by enhancing the provisions for flags on veterans’ graves.
House Bill 1473 would amend the First Class County Code by enhancing the provisions for flags on veterans’ graves.
