Upcoming Events
Paper Shredding and Drug Take-Back Event
Saturday, April 21, from 9 a.m. to noon
My district office
One Beaver Valley Road, Chadds Ford (at the intersection of Route 202 and Naamans Creek Road).

The event, which will feature an onsite industrial paper shredder, will provide the opportunity for households of the 160th District to shred up to three packing boxes of materials.

As we continue the fight against the Commonwealth’s opioid epidemic, I also encourage everyone to drop off expired and/or unwanted medicines, prescription and over-the-counter drugs. By law, needles and epi-pens will not be accepted.

Refreshments will be served. The event will be held rain or shine. For more information, please contact my district office at (610) 358-5925.

Hazardous Waste Disposals
Delaware County sponsors four household hazardous waste collection events annually to provide residents with the opportunity to safely dispose of flammables, toxics, batteries, herbicides, pesticides, caustics and mercury-containing devices. Televisions, computers and appliances containing freon will not be accepted. Additional information about what will and will not be accepted is available on the county’s website.
